Click & Collect is a FREE service, you can collect from each of our three shops. If the item is in stock with us this can be collected within from 30 minutes of placing the order (only available), within our opening hours.

Collecting my item;

What do I need to bring to collect my item?

We need to see your order number from your email confirmation and proof of ID, this can be;

    • The payment card used to purchase the item
    • A valid driving licence or Passport

You cannot collect your item without us seeing some ID.

Can someone help load the item into my vehicle?

To save you the back ache, we will help load your items into your vehicle. For extra large appliances like rangecookers, we can help load with a folklift. Upon collection if the items does not fit in the vehicle, Delivery can be arranged FREE of charge in a 15 mile radius from each of our shops. If the delivery address is further than 15 miles we may still be able to delivery for a addtional charge (Please ask instore for more details) 


Q&A's;

How long can you hold my item for from the date of purchase?

We can hold your item for up to 28 days, if your item has not been collected we will refund your account and cancel your order.

Please note refunds can take up to 14 days for the funds to appear back into your account.

How will I know my appliance is ready for collection?

One of our team members will give you a call to let you know the earliest time you can collect your new appliance.

If no contact number is given when placing the order, we will be in contact via email.

What will happen if the appliance does not fit in my vehicle?

We will look into delivering this for you, its FREE drop off delivery 15 miles from each of our shops. If your

address is any further than 15 miles charges may apply. (Please ask instore for details)
