For Service and Repair on All Electrical Items in York
We have a dedicated workshop on-site at our York branch. From here we carry out under guarantee and out of guarantee repairs to televisions.
Our engineers are trained to repair down to component level and our workshop is equiped with advanced diagnostic and repair equipment and job tracking software so your item is in safe hands. Between our three engineers they have over sixty years of experience in the industry.
We offer two options for out-of-guarantee service work:
OPTION 1 - Bring the item to us - for a small inspection fee1 we will test and trace faults in order to provide an accurate repair cost. You can then decide whether you would like to carry on with the repair or put the inspection fee towards a new product - you don't loose out!
OPTION 2 - Home visit - for a one off fee of £70 + VAT we will call to your item and try and repair it on-site. If we have to bring it into the workshop we will leave you with a loan product.
